Mono Parts

Accurately machined parts
For your assembled products, we can perform in-house milling and turning. From fully automated production of machine parts to single complex products.
Laser cutting
Laser cutting up to 4,000 mm
With our automated laser cutting machines and linked warehouses, we can effortlessly laser cut high-quality sheet metal parts up to 4,000 mm, 24/7 and with very high quality.
Laser and Punching
For complex combinations
For complex combinations, we also offer punching or combined punching and laser cutting. This allows for the production of extremely precise products, where various operations are combined and performed fully automatically.
Bending
Manual and robotic
Our bending robots are automatically loaded from the central warehouse, making laser cutting and bending fully automated. We process small series and single pieces on our high-quality manual press brakes.
Tube parts
Machined tube and profile components
Thanks to close cooperation with our partners, we can also laser cut tube and box profiles, tailored to your project needs. This technique makes it possible to efficiently process long metal profiles into finished products or semi-finished goods.
Finned Tubes
For efficient heat and cold transfer
For over 50 years, we have been producing finned tubes in aluminum, stainless steel, and copper. These tubes are used in applications such as heat exchangers, boilers, and cooling and heating systems. The fins on the outside increase the surface area and improve heat transfer.
Welding Assemblies
Welded assemblies with functional reliability
We produce welded assemblies for structural and functional applications. With guaranteed welding quality, high reproducibility, and full control over the process.
All work is carried out in accordance with NEN-EN 1090 and NEN-EN-ISO 5817.

Manual laser welding

Mechanical and electrical assembly

Product inspection and FAT testing
Quality is central. We perform extensive product inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to guarantee that every product meets the specified requirements, standards, and customer expectations before delivery.
Industrial packaging solutions
For safe transport and storage, we offer customized industrial packaging solutions. Your products are protected against damage, weather influences, and logistical risks, both nationally and internationally.
Inventory management and warehousing

Engineering

Surface treatment
We provide complete post-treatment of products, such as powder coating, galvanizing, and pickling/passivating. Thanks to our in-house stainless steel pickling and passivation facility, we achieve short lead times and consistent quality.
